Terms of Service

Welcome to Nimantra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and digital wedding invitation services. By using Nimantra, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an invitation, making a payment, or otherwise using Nimantra, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent) and that you accept these Terms in full.

2. Using Nimantra

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Nimantra to create and share invitations for your own events. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account details secure.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the text, photos and details you add to your invitation ("Your Content"). By uploading it, you grant us a limited licence to host, display and process Your Content solely to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you upload.

4. Acceptable use

To keep Nimantra safe and pleasant for everyone, you agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Use the service to send spam or harvest others' personal data.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Resell or redistribute our templates or service without permission.

5. Payments & plans

Our plans are charged on a one-time, per-wedding basis as shown on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your invitation and its features remain available for the duration described in your chosen plan.

6. Refunds

If something isn't right, talk to us. We offer refunds within a reasonable period of purchase where the service has not yet been substantially used, evaluated case by case. Reach out via our contact page and we'll do our best to make it right.

7. Intellectual property

Nimantra, our logo, templates, designs and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, all rights in the service remain with Nimantra.

8. Availability & changes

We work hard to keep Nimantra running reliably, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or modify features over time, and we may suspend the service for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimantra is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant invitation.
